Camberley roofs across Frimley, Old Dean and York Town
Camberley is dominated by post-war and 1960s–80s housing. The Old Dean estate, York Town, Crawley Hill, Heatherside and the Frimley fringes all carry concrete interlocking tile (Marley Modern, Redland 49) on standard semi and detached layouts. Many of these roofs are now hitting their first major maintenance window — felt and batten failure, ridge bedding crumbled.
A smaller portion of Camberley around Park Street has older Edwardian stock with clay plain tile or natural slate that needs heritage-appropriate handling.
