Warfield's housing is overwhelmingly post-1995, dominated by large detached Persimmon, Wates, Charles Church and Berkeley homes through Quelm Park, Whitegrove, Brownlow and the more recent Garrick development. The dominant covering is concrete interlocking tile in dark slate-grey or earth tones, with feature stone or clay-tile front gables on the larger Berkeley plots.
